Summative Assessment Data Reflection Guide

Use this guide to analyze and act on ongoing summative assessments.

As outlined in The Opportunity Makers, teachers in trajectory-changing schools work in structured teams to improve instruction. Educators at trajectory-changing schools continuously ask: What did students learn? What do they still need to learn? How do we respond?

This guide helps teachers analyze and respond to student performance on assessments after major units of learning. It is designed for core teachers to use in professional learning communities (PLCs).

This guide is drawn from the practices at CE Rose PreK-8 School.
