Use of Shared Student Data Guide

Use this guide to track student data that supports individual student growth.

As outlined in The Opportunity Makers, trajectory-changing schools focus on incremental growth for every student over time. Schools choose and use a single growth metric, and educators constantly use student growth data to support students’ individual growth goals and meet any unique needs.

This guide helps educators track each student’s performance and interventions throughout their school career. It is designed for all educators who support academic and social-emotional growth, including teachers, specialists, school leaders, and support staff.

This guide is drawn from the practices at Trousdale County Elementary School.
