Priscilla Everhart

VP, Finance

As Vice President of Finance, Priscilla Everhart oversees TNTP’s Strategic Growth & Finance Team which includes strategic growth, accounting, revenue, and expense management, as well as financial planning, reporting, and analysis. In her role, Priscilla is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of TNTP, establishing and maintaining financial procedures and controls, completing accurate financial reports, and ensuring detailed data analysis and information are available. She is also responsible for ensuring TNTP has a sustainable long-range growth strategy.

Prior to joining TNTP, Priscilla served as a Partner specializing in loan origination, accounting, and operations for the Wildflower Foundation. In her role, she supported 15 schools from ideation to opening, including creating facilities resources to help schools in building out operations—established partnerships with architects, real estate attorneys, etc. for pro bono services, which minimized startup costs. She also supported an existing portfolio of over 90 schools across over 15 states and territories.

Priscilla also served as Chief Strategy Officer for the BRICK Education Network, leading the design, deployment, and monitoring of strategic growth, including financial forecasting plan through the addition of two multi-state expansion opportunities. In her role, Priscilla grew the nonprofit fund balance by $2.3 million through debt restructuring, real estate acquisition, and fiscal procedures establishment, which enabled the organization to apply and be awarded a federal grant based on sound fiscal management.

As the Vice President of Finance & Operations of Aspire Public Schools, Priscilla spearheaded a strategic de-merger to establish a new nonprofit entity, which involved $30 million in revenue (federal grant, state, and local), 200 staff members, and all core business functions across external partnerships and internal teams. She managed day-to-day business operations, achieving a $2 million increase in realized revenue within one fiscal year.

Priscilla’s early career in education included excelling in multiple roles with Teach for America, ultimately serving as the Director of Operations. Outside of TNTP, Priscilla serves as the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Norwood Hart LLC, providing expertise to help nonprofits and social impact organizations increase business effectiveness and harness the power of their people by providing project management or support in the areas of finance and operations.

Priscilla is an alumna of Harvard Business School (General Management Program). She holds a dual Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama, a Master of Business Administration from Texas A & M – Commerce, and a Certificate of Education Finance from Georgetown University. Priscilla has been a member of CHIEF since 2020.
