When it comes to student success, nothing at school matters more than the quality of the teacher at the front of the class. TNTP's Teaching Fellows programs give talented professionals and recent graduates the skills and hands-on training they need to become great teachers.

Our Programs

Working in collaboration with urban districts nationwide, TNTP prepares new teachers to make a profound, long-term contribution to the district and its students. Each of TNTP's 14 programs works closely with school districts to train teachers for key shortage subjects, such as math, science and special education.

Our Training

TNTP's rigorous training program – beginning with intensive pre-service training and culminating in state certification – prepares new teachers to be effective in challenging school environments.
