Sharing Stakeholder Feedback Reflection and Planning Guide

After collecting stakeholder feedback, use this guide to plan how to share what you've learned.

Effective schools invite students, parents, employees, and community members to share their feedback and ideas. This process allows schools and systems to evaluate their decisions and improve their work. This happens in focus groups, at town halls, via surveys, or by other means. Ultimately, what we do with this data is more important than the data itself. When the results are shared back in an open and transparent way, it builds trust and teamwork—keys to student success.

This tool will help you prepare to share stakeholder responses with your community in a way that is honest, productive, and focused on solutions. Sharing feedback is of course never a one-time task—it is the beginning of a continuous conversation.
