Myrla Feria

VP, West/Midwest

As Vice President of the West/Midwest region, Myrla Feria leads the development of the consulting strategy and the expansion of TNTP’s networks and partnerships from Washington to Minnesota, and Kansas to California.

Her passion lies in ensuring all kids have access to a quality education and thrive in life. Her deep personal conviction and investment in our North Star, along with her strengths-based approach to people development, serve as a catalyst for continued growth and impact in the West and Midwest.

Prior to this role, Myrla served as a Managing Partner and Partner, helping drive the expansion of our Multilingual Learner portfolio and growth in emerging states such as Arizona and New Mexico. 

Before joining TNTP, Myrla worked as an educator, teaching middle school math and science, launching the first Pre-K pilot for her district that was replicated across over 20 campuses, and serving as an Elementary Principal with a dedication to ensuring all kids had access to a quality education. 

She holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in early childhood education, with a focus on bilingual education, and a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
