Michael Franco

VP, National Report

As Vice President of National Report, Michael Franco leads the development of research and data-driven strategies to address emergent issues and shape the student experience.

Previously, as a Partner, Michael oversaw curriculum and instruction-focused work in districts throughout the Southwest Division and our district partnerships in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Aldine, Texas, as well as ongoing Texas Education Agency partnerships.

Prior to joining TNTP, Mike served as the Vice President of Program at IDEA Public Schools. In this role, he managed a team that supported network growth from 30 to 96 schools in Texas and Louisiana, and led the curriculum adoption and implementation of Eureka Math and Wit & Wisdom for grades K-8 across the network.

Mike began his career in education as a high school social studies teacher through Teach for America in Roma, Texas. Mike was both an Education Pioneer Fellow and a Pahara Institute NextGen Fellow.
