Lindsie Boykin Johnson

Leadership Coach

she/her/hers

Lindsie has served as a principal, a curriculum director, and a new principal induction coach. She has expertise in coaching, capacity building, and professional learning for school leaders.

Before coming to TNTP, Lindsie served as a school leader in the Detroit area. She joined the organization to be able to continue the critical mission of making schools work for the most marginalized students. Her highest-impact TNTP work has been with Distinctive Schools, an educational practice leader committed to elevating access and achievement in historically marginalized communities. Lindsie has helped build strong rapport between TNTP and Distinctive Schools, as well as multiple workstreams to support the network.

I most enjoy being able to reach out to fellow Leadership Coaches and Directors for thought partnership on key areas of interest and/or concern to strengthen the national perspective we provide to clients.
