Lea Ann Morrison

Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise Systems

Lea Ann is an experienced technology consultant with more than 15 years of experience ranging from start-ups to large corporations and nonprofits. She specializes in technology and business process optimization, focusing on Salesforce administration and architecture.

Lea Ann is a pivotal member of the TNTP team whose work encompasses many projects, none more important than managing the organization’s Salesforce instance, a critical system for TNTP’s operations, partners, and clients since all the potential work needs to be tracked for purposes of staffing and timely contract approval. Her behind-the-scenes work frees up staff to focus on the mission of improving outcomes for educators and students alike. It was that focus that first drew Lea Ann to TNTP back in 2009; she had young children in public schools and could see firsthand the challenges of public education. She returned to the organization in 2022 to continue her work supporting the mission.

I love making my colleagues’ lives easier with technology and operational efficiencies so they can do what they do best: support public education.
