Chris Bierly

Chris Bierly is a senior partner at Bain & Company and is the founder and long-time global head of the firm’s education practice. He has more than 35 years of management consulting experience, advising leaders across the private, public, and non-profit sectors on their most complex management challenges. Chris has worked with clients across a number of industries, including education, media, consumer products, restaurants, and retail. He led Bain’s education practice for over 20 years and continues to lead its music and restaurant practices. He serves on the boards of the Good Jobs Institute, the Nantucket Performing Arts Center, and the University of Virginia Arts Council, and is a senior advisor to Endeavor Global. Chris earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in commerce from the University of Virginia.
