Amy Keltner

VP, Central Operations

As Vice President of Central Operations, Amy Keltner leads Enterprise Planning & Operations, Organizational Change Management, Internal Communications, Knowledge Management, and Enterprise Learning Operations.

Amy has over 20 years of experience helping organizations improve, innovate and thrive. Prior to joining TNTP, Amy served as a Managing Director at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, where she led strategy management, the portfolio management office, and organizational improvements. 

Amy also served in various leadership positions at Denver Public Schools, including Chief Impact Officer, Interim Deputy Superintendent, and Deputy Chief of Schools, where she led initiatives to promote educational equity and excellence, orchestrated innovative school support models, and led strategy, project management, research and evaluation, continuous improvement and innovation. ​In addition to Amy’s experience in education, she previously served as a Vice President of Business Operations at a global consulting and technology firm.  ​
