As Vice President of People, Allison Nugent leads all aspects of People Operations with a focus on driving performance, agility, and inclusivity. She oversees talent planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with TNTP’s strategic goals. Allison integrates DEIB into every facet of People Operations, from attracting diverse talent to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive. She also leads initiatives in leadership development, leadership growth, and change management, ensuring the workforce is equipped to adapt and excel. With a data-driven approach to workforce analytics and a commitment to compliance, Allison’s leadership ensures that the organization is both operationally efficient and people-centered, fostering a culture of engagement, growth, and belonging.
With over 20 years of experience in global Human Resources operations, Allison is a transformative leader recognized for her ability to drive comprehensive, end-to-end human resources strategies that encompass every critical pillar of HR. From workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding to employee development, engagement, performance management, and retention, she has consistently delivered high-impact results. Her expertise extends to global immigration and mobility, compensation and benefits, compliance, mergers and acquisition, and organizational development, ensuring seamless integration of HR functions into the broader business strategy.
Prior to joining TNTP, Allison served as Global Chief People Officer at Noodle Partners, transforming the company’s approach to talent strategy and playing a critical role in shaping the company’s culture and driving operational excellence. She implemented a data-driven talent management framework that aligned workforce needs with long-term business goals, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of a world-class workforce. Her leadership extended to creating innovative employee engagement and wellness programs that enhanced productivity and reduced turnover. Allison also led a Global HR team through complex organizational changes, such as scaling operations during period of rapid growth, navigating mergers and acquisitions, and optimizing workforce efficiency through process automation and technology adoption. She partnered closely with her colleagues on the C-suite to embed a people-first approach into the company’s broader business strategies, fostering an inclusive high-performance environment that directly contributed to their success.
Allison’s passion for transformation extends beyond her professional life, as she actively supports the Society of Women Engineers and empowers future generations of female leaders. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and an MBA. In her personal time, Allison is committed to social impact, sponsoring orphanages for abandoned children in the Caribbean.
