As head coach for Philadelphia's first alternative certification program, Maldonado leads a team that develops leaders who are able to define a clear school vision and nurture excellent instruction. Her PhillyPLUS residents have seen results in their work in 35 schools serving more than 6,000 students. Now in it's second year, the program has grown by 500%.
