Teachers want to work with colleagues who share their priorities and who can provide examples of exemplary teaching. In this Insight survey domain, teachers share their perceptions of colleagues within the school.
Recommendations

- Promote a supportive, inclusive school environment and a common vision of effective teaching in your school.
- Make great teaching visible.
- Support high-quality teacher collaboration.
- Set the expectation that meetings be solutions-oriented.
