Who We Are

At TNTP, we believe preparing young people for the future starts long before graduation.

As a trusted national nonprofit, we partner with PK-12 schools, school districts, community leaders, and employers to bridge the gap between education and workforce—ensuring all students can build crucial skills and access high-quality learning that connects to real-world career opportunities.

We act as connectors, convenors, and changemakers, working hand-in-hand with communities to transform education from the ground up.

Real Opportunity Starts Early

We advocate for a four-phase approach that prepares students to succeed:

  • Exposure to diverse careers in elementary school
  • Exploration of interests in middle grades
  • Immersion with employers in high school
  • Initial “earn and learn” opportunities before graduation

This approach sets students up not just for jobs—but for lives filled with purpose, possibility, and choice.
