Hiring Process

Our rigorous selection process is designed to ensure that communication is clear at every step; that hiring teams select innovative, results-driven individuals; and that every new staff member joins TNTP with a clear vision of his/her role and our organizational culture. As a candidate for a position at TNTP, here is what you can expect:

Application Review

After submitting an application through our website, your resume and cover letter will be thoroughly reviewed by a member of the Human Capital department to determine whether or not your qualifications are a strong match for our needs and the position. You will be contacted only if you are invited to advance in the selection process.

Hiring Exercise

This written assignment is designed to give you a realistic sense of what the day-to-day responsibilities of the position will be. This step is also an incredibly important opportunity for the hiring team to assess if you have the skills required to succeed in the position. Please note, only a small percentage of applicants are invited to this step.

Interviews

Based on your application and hiring exercise, if you are invited to move forward, you can expect to participate in several interviews. Since TNTP is a largely virtual organization, it is very likely that one or two interviews will take place on the phone, but all candidates meet with a member of TNTP in person before receiving an offer.

References

Before extending an offer, TNTP will request and contact professional references, including a direct supervisor.
